Apply half to one teaspoon to the face neck, décolleté and ears daily and 20 minutes before sun exposure.

At least 5 g (one teaspoon) for each limb, front and back of the body. Reapply every 2 hours for full protection and always after swimming, sweating and towel drying. CAUTION Do not use on broken, damaged or diseased skin. Avoid contact with eyes – rinse with water to remove. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach from children. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Wear protective clothing, hats and eye wear when exposed to the sun.

All skins, especially those wanting a light weight, water-base cream for normal to oily skin (Oily and teen acne skins can use Mineral Pro 30 instead of a hydrator.)
